Best Shorekeeper build in Wuthering Waves: Weapons, Echoes, team comp

Shorekeeper is a 5-star Spectro support unit in Wuthering Waves but you’ll need to equip her with the best weapons, Echoes, and team comp to make the most out of her kit.

Shorekeeper is a healer and damage buffer, very similar to Verina. However, she’s a bit special as her buffs are Crit-focused compared to Verina’s ATK, and the former is always preferred over the latter for every DPS unit in the game.

However, while her buffs her amazing, she’s a bit hard to use as if you mess up her rotations, you’ll miss her buffs, which makes her less effective. Concerto Energy is a must for her, and if you can fix that, Shorekeeper is the best support unit that can work in every kind of team.

Shorekeeper Best Weapons

Stellar Symphony (S1)

This is the signature 5-star weapon for Shorekeeper and it has a 115.38% efficiency. The biggest positive of this weapon is its absurdly high Energy Recharge which helps out Shorekeeper during battle.

Additionally, the 10% ATK boost for the entire team improves the damage output of your DPS and sub-DPS.

Finally, it regenerates 8 Concerto Energy which in turn helps you to ease out Shorekeeper’s rotations. If you want, you can go for higher ranks to shorten the rotation timers, otherwise, the Stellar Symphony is exceptional at S1.

Variation (S5)

At Superposition 5, Varation is the best alternative weapon for Shorekeeper. It can regenerate 16 Concerto Energy at Superposition 5, which helps you shorten Shorekeper’s rotation by a massive amount.

However, if you have it at Superposition 1, it’s still good because of the 8 Conceto Energy. Additionally, it provides massive Energy Recharge which improves the healing of this unit.

Rectifier#25 (S5)

The Rectifier#25 is a decent weapon as it provides a massive amount of Energy Regen, which in turn helps to spam the Resonance Liberation ability.

However, it does not provide any Concerto Energy, which means you won’t be able to make the most out of Shorekeeper’s rotations.

Rectifier of the Voyager (S5)

This is a 3-star weapon that is your last resort in case you have none of the above.

It provides you with decent Energy Recharge, but it falls behind significantly compared to the 5-star and 4-star options.

Best Echoes

Fallacy of No Return

This is the best Echo for Shorekeeper in Wuthering Waves. The entire purpose of using this Echo is to create flexibility for the unit.

Upon activating, it grants a 10% bonus Energy Regen to the wielder, which helps reach the 250% requirement mark for Shorekeeper. Additionally, it boosts the ATK of all allies by 10%, improving the wielder’s buffing capabilities.

Finally, the damage dealt by this Echo scales off maximum HP instead of ATK or DEF, which synergizes exceptionally well with the kit of the Shorekeeper’s kit.

Bell-Borne Geochelone

This is the Echo you should be hunting if you want to build Shorekeeper as an all-out support. Upon activating, it provides a 10% DMG Boost for all allies, while providing a 50% DMG reduction.

In short, the offensive and defensive buffs make it an exceptional pick and at times more valuable than Fallacy of No Return.

Shorekeeper Best team comp

The best team comp for Shorekeeper includes Jinhsi and Zhezhi. In this team, Jinhsi is the primary DPS who will deal massive amounts of damage to all enemies. Zhezhi functions as the sub-DPS who will deal with coordinated damage while significantly buffing Jinhsi’s abilities.

Finally, Shoreekper acts as the final piece as she will not only heal the entire team but will buff them with ATK boosts.

Overall, this is currently the only team where Shorekeeper functions optimally, though we will update this section with more parties once they become available.

Normal Attack- Origin Calculus

ABILITY NAME	DESCRIPTION
Basic Attack	Perform up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG. When the attack hits a target, generate one Collapsed Core.
Heavy Attack	Hold the Normal Attack Button to enter Unbound Form, which consumes STA continuously. While in this form, Shorekeeper will:– Generate a segment of Deductive Data every second;– Automatically collect nearby plant collectibles.Using up all STA or actions such as casting Basic Attack will end the Unbound Form and deal Spectro DMG to the target. Each accumulated segment of Deductive Data will convert into a segment of Empirical Data and generate a Collapsed Core.
Mid-air attack	Consume STA to perform a Plunging Attack. Each hit generates 1 Collapsed Core. Quickly Press the Normal Attack Button after the Plunging Attack to perform Basic Attack Stage 2.
Dodge Counter	Press the Normal Attack Button after a successful Dodge to attack a target, dealing Spectro DMG.

Resonance Skill

Inner Stellarealm	When a party member uses Intro Skill within the Outer Stellarealm, it evolves into the Inner Stellarealm. Within the effective range of the Inner Stellarealm, for every 0.2% of Shorekeeper’s Energy Regen, all party members gain a 0.01% increase of Crit. Rate, up to 12.5%. Inner Stellarealm has all the effects of the Outer Stellarealm.
Supernal Stellarealm	When a party member uses Intro Skill within the Inner Stellarealm, it evolves into the Supernal Stellarealm. Within the effective range of the Supernal Stellarealm, for every 0.1% of Shorekeeper’s Energy Regen, all party members gain a 0.01% increase of Crit. DMG, up to 25%.Supernal Stellarealm has all the effects of the Inner Stellarealm.

Forte Circuit- Astral Chord

Flare Star Butterfly	Hitting a target with a Normal Attack generates a Collapsed Core, which transforms into a Flare Star Butterfly after 6s. Flare Star Butterflies automatically track and attack a target, dealing Spectro DMG. If there are already 5 Collapsed Cores, Shorekeeper’s next Normal Attack hit will instantly convert a Collapsed Core into a Flare Star Butterfly.
Illation	When Shorekeeper has 5 segments of Empirical Data, casting Heavy Attack will consume all segments to pull in nearby targets, dealing Spectro DMG. Meanwhile, all generated Collapsed Cores will instantly transform into Flare Star Butterflies.
Transmutation	When Shorekeeper has 5 segments of Empirical Data, casting Mid-air Attack will consume all segments to deal Spectro DMG. Meanwhile, all generated Collapsed Cores will instantly transform into Flare Star Butterflies. Quickly press the Normal Attack Button afterward to perform Basic Attack Stage 2.
Empirical Data	Shorekeeper can hold up to 5 segments of Empirical Data.– Obtain 1 segment of Empirical Data when Basic Attack Stage 1, 2, or 4 hits a target.– Obtain 2 segments of Empirical Data when Basic Attack Stage 3 hits a target.– Obtain 1 segment of Empirical Data when Mid-air Attack hits a target.– Obtain 1 segment of Empirical Data when Dodge Counter hits a target.

Inherent Skill

Shorekeeper’s HP will not go below 1 from this effect. This effect can be triggered once every 10 minutes.
Self Gravitation	When the Resonator on the field is within the effective range of a Stellarealm, Shorekeeper’s Energy Regen increases by 10%, and Rover’s Energy Regen also increases by 10% if Rover is on the team.

Outro Skill (Binary Butterfly)	Shorekeeper summons 1 Flare Star Butterfly and 1 Dim Star Butterfly to circle the Resonator on the field for up to 30s, granting the following effects:– If the Resonator on the field is hit or launched, tapping the Dodge Button allows the Resonator to immediately recover from the interruption, triggering a successful Dodge. The Resonator launched in the air can land on the ground standing if they are close to the ground. This effect can be triggered up to 5 time(s).– All nearby party members’ DMG is Amplified by 15%.

  • The effective range of the healing and buffs is extended by 150%.
  • The duration is extended by 10s.
  • Casting Intro Skill Discernment no longer ends the existing Stellarealm.
• Level 2- Night’s Gift and Refusal: The Outer Stellarealm now increases the ATK of all party members by 40%.
• Level 3- Infinity Awaits Me: Casting Resonance Liberation End Loop grants Shorekeeper 20 Concerto Energy. This effect can be triggered once every 25s.
• Level 4- Overflowing Quietude: Gain 70% additional Healing Bonus when casting Resonance Skill Chaos Theory.
• Level 5- Echoes in Silence: Extend the ranges of the pulling effect of Basic Attack Stage 3 by 50% and Illation by 30%.
• Level 6- To the New World: Increase the DMG Multiplier of Intro Skill Discernment by 42%. Casting Intro Skill Discernment increases Shorekeeper’s Crit. DMG by 500%.
