Blazing Brilliance is the best-in-slot sword for Changli in Wuthering Waves and is the number one choice for the most optimal damage. This sword provides a 12% ATK boost and the user will gain 1 stack of Searing Feather whenever they deal damage to enemies.

They can gain a total of 5 stacks of this boost whenever they cast a Resonance Skill. The wearer will gain a maximum of 14% Resonance Skill damage with each stack granting 4%. In short, this weapon enhances the damage output of Changli’s Resonance Skill which is an essential part of her kit when it comes to her overall damage.

This sword also boasts the Crit DMG secondary stat which makes it easy to balance Changli’s Crit stats.
