How to unlock Swoop
Swoop is unlocked by using Kamek’s Transformational Power, which is found in Item Blocks, at Cheep Cheep Falls. Depending on the region you’re racing in, the item will turn players into creatures found in that specific area. Transforming into them during the race will permanently unlock that character.
