What are Peach Medallions in Mario Kart World?
Peach Medallions are collectible items hidden throughout the open-world Free Roam mode in Mario Kart World. Shaped like Princess Peach’s emblem, these medallions are placed in hard-to-reach or secret locations across every region and serve as a key incentive for exploration.
How to find Peach Medallions
Peach Medallions are typically found by:
- Exploring off-path areas or reaching elevated platforms
- Completing P-Switch missions and Mystery Panel challenges
- Driving through hidden passages or environmental puzzles
- Using speed boosts or stunts to reach tricky locations
Some medallions may only appear during certain weather conditions or time-of-day cycles, so it’s worth revisiting areas regularly.

Here’s a table with all the Peach Medallion locations we’ve found so far. I strongly suggest you filter them by area name.

1 | Bowser's Castle  | Inside Bowser's Castle, as you enter the green-lit Control Room, take the path to the right and hop on the rails to find it. |
2 | Wario Stadium  | Inside a tunnel with NPC vans, wallride and hop on the pipe above the road to catch it. |
3 | Wario Stadium  | As you stand on the entrance to Wario's Staidum, take a right a drop down the cliff to find it. |
4 | Airship Fortress  | Found by dropping to the rails surrounding the ship. Ride them until you run into the Peach Medallion. |
5 | Airship Fortress  | Ride the rope leading to the ship's flag and go around the corner to find it. |
6 | Dry Bones Burnout  | Drive off-road when you reach the graveyard area, past the gates you'll find a row of pillars with lanterns, next to which is the Peach Medallion. |
7 | Acorn Heights  | Found on a leaf off the side of the road. You can either go off-road at the start of the race of, as you circle back, charge jump over the wall and onto it. |
8 | Boo Cinema  | Found on top of a lantern by the docks area. To reach it, glide off the ceiling of the cinema. |
9 | Boo Cinema  | Found in one of the rails near the film roll area. To get there, head inside the green pipe and, once you pop out on top of one of the films, ride the rail. |
10 | Boo Cinema  | Found under the bridge leading to the finish line. |

Peach Medallion Rewards
- Decals: Each medallion collected unlocks a unique visual decal for your kart or player profile, often themed to the area where it was found.
- Progression Tracking: Collecting medallions contributes to your overall completion percentage in Free Roam mode.
- Unlocking Secrets: In some cases, gathering enough medallions can reveal hidden areas or trigger secret events.
