College Football 26 release date
EA Sports College Football 26 releases worldwide on July 10, 2025, on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. If that’s too long to wait, and you need to get your hands on it sooner, anyone who purchases the Deluxe Edition can play three days early on July 7.
New Features
College Football 26 is stacked with new features, covering the game’s most popular modes, improving the on-field experience, and enhancing the experience around the games.
On the field, players can enjoy an improved blocking and tackling system, with upgraded physics to really make their hits feel realistic. On the sidelines, there will be quite a few familiar faces, with 300 real-world coaches joining the fray.
In Dynasty, you’ll finally be able to view your accomplishments in style with the addition of the Trophy Room, while EA Sports has made some pretty major changes to the coaching progression, making it more difficult to be a “jack of all trades” and forcing players to pick specialities like Motivation or Recruitment. This will make your coordinators even more important, as they can help fill in areas where you may be weaker.
