Overclock system explained
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has added a new Overclock system that lets you level up your equipment, Scorestreaks, and more, giving them powerful upgrades.
How to Overclock in Black Ops 7
As you “successfully” use items like Scorestreaks and Field Upgrades, they’ll level up over time. Each item has two Overclock levels, with each Overclock giving it a stronger effect or benefit. It’s similar to how you can level up Field Upgrades in Zombies.
For example, you can Overclock the Active Camo Field Upgrade. Overclocking it once will increase its charge speed, so you can use it again quicker. Doing it a second time will recloak you after firing.
What can be Overclocked?
All Scorestreaks, Field Upgrades, and Lethal and Tactical Equipment can be Overclocked to improve their potential.
