How to watch CoD Next 2025
CoD Next is set to be the first in-depth look at Black Ops 7 gameplay, so here’s a breakdown of when it takes place, how you can watch it, and what to expect from the show.
When is CoD Next 2025?
The Call of Duty: Next broadcast takes place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Based on previous years, it will likely last for a few hours and be packed with reveals and announcements.
Once it ends, you have to wait too long to jump into the action yourself, as the Black Ops 7 beta then gets underway on October 2.
How to watch CoD Next
To watch CoD Next, all you have to do is tune into the official Call of Duty YouTube or Twitch channels, where the show will be streamed live. There will also be plenty of popular content creators streaming from the show floor, so you can also watch them to see the game in action.
What to expect
So far, all that’s confirmed for the event is live Black Ops 7 multiplayer and Zombies gameplay. This will be the first time that we actually see both modes being played, after the Gamescom reveal focused mostly on the campaign.
You’ll get a more detailed look at the new maps, guns, and features, including how matches feel without Tactical Sprint being enabled as the default. There will also be plenty of Zombies news, including a breakdown of the launch map, Dead Ops Arcade, and an overview of the story.
There’s no official word just yet on whether or not Warzone will appear at the show, but given that Black Ops 7 is due to integrate into the battle royale with Season 1, we’re expecting at least a mention of what to expect.
We should get an idea of whether Verdansk will remain as the main big fan for the foreseeable future, as well as how the gameplay changes coming to BO7 will affect Warzone going forward.
