Pokimane mortified by Airbnb host’s request after ‘accidentally’ renting wild condo

Pokimane speaks to the camera during an episode of her Sweet 'n Sour podcast with LilyPichu.

Twitch star Pokimane ‘accidentally’ rented an Airbnb with lots of… interesting artwork, and was left completely stunned after an employee approached her with a wild offer for her channel.

Imane ‘Pokimane‘ Anys is one of Twitch’s most-followed creators who’s currently traveling through France, linking up with several high-profile influencers in the country during her stay.

However, one of the homes she’d rented on Airbnb for her trip came with a surprising genre of decor — and an even more shocking experience with an employee.

Anys detailed her stay at the Airbnb in a TikTok clip posted on February 23, where she showed off a series of photographs lining the walls.

Pokimane baffled by bizarre Airbnb decor

The only problem? She had to cover up parts of the photos using her hands to avoid getting restricted on TikTok, as they were all nude portraits.

“I accidentally booked an Airbnb filled with nude portraits,” she explained, showing off the paintings as best she could. “Apparently, it’s the owner of the Airbnb that takes these photos.”

That’s not even the wildest part of her eye-popping Airbnb tale. Poki says that, when she checked in to the property, a clerk offered the owner’s services for a photoshoot after learning that she’s a famous content creator.

“The guy that checked me in and showed me around — after I told him I was a content creator, he said, ‘If you want, we could do a photoshoot.’ I said, ‘No! …actually, I was thinking, am I getting Punk’d?'”

Commenters urged the streamer to exercise caution during her stay at the rental, with one writing, “I’d be scared of hidden cameras.”

“Be safe girly pop,” another said.

However, others couldn’t help but find the humor in the situation, with one questioning how Pokimane seemingly “accidentally” rented an Airbnb with such artwork lining the walls.

“All I saw was a bunch of paintings, how was I supposed to know?” she answered.

Pokimane wasn’t alone in thinking she was the subject of a practical joke, judging by the comments — but if that were the case, she wouldn’t be the first to be part of a prank show.
