Amouranth reveals husband for first time to explain what happened when armed thieves attacked her

Popular Twitch and Kick streamer Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa introduced her husband to the public for the first time as they recounted the terrifying home invasion by armed thieves.

Speaking on stream with Adin Ross, the couple shared details of the night they faced off against three intruders who were after their crypto wallets.

The incident unfolded on a Sunday night while Amouranth was in bed and her husband, Nick, was in another building on their property. What initially seemed like typical household noises quickly escalated into something much more sinister.

“I hear two loud bangs,” Amouranth explained. After calling Nick to confirm if he had heard the noise, which he hadn’t, she decided to lock her doors just in case. Moments later, the sounds grew louder.

“I called him and I said hey is that you trying to come in because I locked the door he’s like ‘no it’s not me’ and I said someone’s trying to come in here and as soon as I said that they were shooting the door, kicking it down and then three guys came into my bedroom.”

Three armed intruders stormed into her bedroom, demanding to know where her cryptocurrency was stored. They pistol-whipped her as she tried to deflect the blows, leaving her with cuts that required stitches.

Fearing for her life, she devised a plan. “I just said, ‘Oh, I know where it is. Well, hold on, I’ll take you there. You can have all of it.'” She then led them outside toward the secondary building where Nick was located.

Nick, who had been on speakerphone the entire time, was preparing for the confrontation. “Luckily, I had a gun nearby,” he said. As Amouranth approached the lounge, she made a critical move.

“I like hugged the side of the wall, and he shot three bullets right past me and [shot] the guys. I didn’t plan it, it was sort of like primal I guess.”

Ross called the situation “insane” and praised Nick’s ability to act under pressure. “A lot of people freeze up and stuff, but you dropped everything, you focused on what you need to focus on, and you were there to save your wife,” he said.

The couple has since been staying in hotels while increasing security at their home. “We have to remodel everything, we’re getting like higher security in general,” Amouranth said.

Additionally, authorities have made progress in the case. “The only thing we’re allowed to say because it’s already technically public is they arrested one of the guys today,” Nick confirmed. “We think this whole thing will be solved sooner rather than later.”

Amouranth discussed her history with stalkers on Dexerto’s Clickbaited show, explaining that she believes it’s important to be public about the issue and how she deals with it, to warn others.

Despite the trauma, Amouranth and Nick are focused on moving forward while ensuring their safety, and that they currently have private around-the-clock security.

Ross ended the conversation by expressing relief that they were unharmed. “I’m so, so happy that nothing happened to you guys. That would have been f**king horrible.”

Now, the couple is waiting for the remaining suspects to be apprehended while staying vigilant.
