Twitch and Kick streamer Amouranth has announced a significant change to her content after her husband allegedly shot at robbers trying to steal her crypto fortune.
On March 2, popular streamer Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa was robbed at gunpoint by three would-be thieves who were after her crypto wallets.
The 31-year-old said that she was in bed while her husband was in another part of her property when the intruders broke in and pistol-whipped her. However, she devised a plan to lure them to her husband, who was armed with a gun of his own, and shot one, scaring the trio off.
A week later, Siragusa revealed her husband, Nick, in a stream with Adin Ross where she described the encounter and how police had arrested one of the suspects.
“We think this whole thing will be solved sooner rather than later,” her hubby explained.
The two are now in the process of remodeling their house and getting “higher security,” but now that Amouranth’s husband has been revealed, Siragusa’s streaming content is undergoing an overhaul.
Amouranth’s husband shoots down claims robbery was a “publicity stunt”
Speaking with Adin Ross, the Kick star inquired about the future of her content following this scary incident.
“Are you guys now gonna do streams together and content and stuff?” he asked.
“I think so,” Siragusa replied. “It’s more fun for me, and it feels safer, too.”
Lo and behold, on a March 11 broadcast, Amouranth even let her husband take over part of the broadcast to chat with fans.
During the stream, someone suggested the robbery was faked – but he was quick to dispel these claims.

“People say, ‘OMG, you faked a robbery as a publicity stunt,’ you don’t do that!” he exclaimed. “That’s really stupid and also not great, because you’re dictating police resources that could have gone elsewhere.”
According to Nick, the type of publicity that he and his wife do are things like make a beer brewed with Amouranth’s “yeast.”
A bit later, he noted that appearing on stream with his wife will give him “more perspective” now that he’s on camera.
Expect to see much more of Nick in Amouranth’s content going forward, which should completely switch up what viewers expect from her Twitch and Kick broadcasts.
The situation with the robbers isn’t the only scary incident of her career, either. Speaking with Dexerto’s Clickbaited show, the streamer delved into her many encounters with stalkers and why she believes it’s important to warn the public about them.
