First reactions are calling it the best MCU movie in years, but with online hype comes some serious Thunberbolts post-credits and spoilers leaks you need to be careful of.
After a few years of trying and failing to shake up its big-screen content, it seems like Marvel is finally heading back in the right direction. While no official reviews are out yet, first-look social reactions are describing the new movie as “charismatic,” “full of charm,” and “genuinely emotional.”
Fronted by Florence Pugh and Sebastian Stan, Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker all reunite for a dangerous mission that brings their past trauma back to the forefront.
After its European premiere, you can’t move for social media reactions, but they come with a downside – Thunderbolts post-credits details have already been leaked.
Thunderbolts post-credits leaks are out there – so be careful
Obviously, we’re not going to be spoiling anything for you, but here’s a word of warning. It doesn’t matter what social media app you’re using, post-credits leaks and spoilers will come up without you even trying to find them. Now’s your chance to get everything muted before the worst happens.

It should also be said that some of these so-called spoilers are conflicting. Thankfully, this means we don’t have a 100% certain idea of what waits for us as the credits roll, but there’s enough detailed speculation out there to do a fair bit of damage.
From today (April 23) onwards, spoilers are only going to get more difficult to dodge. Thunderbolts begins to release globally from April 30 in regions like Sweden, Norway, and Hong Kong, with US fans having to wait until May 2. While members of the public will be urged not to spoil anything for other fans, it’s the Wild West out there.
Here’s what we can tell you without delving into spoiler territory. It’s no secret that Marvel movies love a post-credits scene, and there will be two in Thunderbolts – one mid-credits, and one after. It’s basically an unspoken rule at this point to stay in your seat until the lights come up, so make sure you don’t miss out.
Then there are the spoiler-free reactions to the scenes themselves. One fan posted on BlueSky, “And you’re gonna wanna stay in your seat for the second post-credit scene. It’s a biggie.”
A second weighed in, “Anyways I loved Thunderbolts. Genuinely was a breath of fresh air for Marvel! There’s two post-credit scenes and the last one is the most important one so STAY!!”
“THUNDERBOLTS: it was AMAZING, SHOCKING, and AWESOME in every way,” a third agreed. “Florence Pugh and Lewis Pullman are absolutely STELLAR in this film, and they’re the highlights of the movie. Also, that asterisk reveal will SURPRISE you, so make sure to stick for BOTH POST CREDITS.”
Thunderbolts drops in US cinemas on May 2, 2025. Until then, check out our ranking of the best superhero movies, every MCU movie, and read everything we know about Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
