After last week’s shocking ending, the wait is on for Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4 – and this is exactly what time it will arrive on Disney Plus, alongside details of its full release schedule.
As I’m sure you’ll agree, it is entirely pleasant to see Matt Murdock, Kingpin, and co. again. After all, after the Netflix series ended with Season 3, we’ve only seen them a handful of times in other MCU projects (Spider-Man: No Way Home, She-Hulk, Hawkeye, and Echo).
Thankfully, the devil’s work is never done, and after a long, arduous development, the Man Without Fear is back in Born Again (which isn’t an adaptation of the Frank Miller run).
It’s arguably the most anticipated Marvel show ever, and in a year of big releases (Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four are still to come), it needs to stick the landing. So, this is when you can dive into Episode 4.
Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4 release time
Daredevil: Born Again Episode 4 drops on March 18, 2025, at 6pm PT/9pm ET. You can check your time zone below:
- 10pm Brazil
- 2am UK
- 3am Central European Summer Time
- 6:30am India Standard Time
- 11am Australia
- 1pm New Zealand
To be clear, if you’re across the pond in the UK, Europe, and beyond, you aren’t getting it before the US. For pretty much everyone east of the Atlantic Ocean, Episode 4 will arrive on March 19.
Unlike Netflix, Disney Plus shows aren’t always released at the same time. For example, while Agatha All Along and Loki dropped at 6pm PT/9pm ET, Skeleton Crew and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man were released at 12am PT/3am ET.
Rest assured, Daredevil: Born Again’s release times are locked in, so it’ll always drop at 6pm PT/9am ET throughout its run (and if there are any changes, we’ll update this space immediately).
How many episodes are there?

There are nine episodes in the first season of Daredevil: Born Again.
If that doesn’t sound right, it’ll be because the project was originally supposed to have 18 episodes (when it was under the purview of Matt Corman and Chris Ord).
They exited the series, and Dario Scardapane (who worked on The Punisher) was brought in as the new showrunner with Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead as lead directors. As part of the overhaul, the series was cut down to be more impactful.
Speaking to the Phase Hero podcast, Marvel TV chief Brad Winderbaum explained: “Our first conceit for Daredevil was let’s try a longer format. Let’s take this character and this world of New York City and build an ensemble.
“Then we learned a lot of lessons doing it that way. So, because of a number of reasons, including the shutdowns due to the strikes, we were able to reassess the episodes and see what we had.
“It’s just the best nine episodes. It feels like it is a great kind of first season… I think it’s a series that can run for multiple seasons.”
Daredevil: Born Again release schedule

Daredevil: Born Again has a bit of an unusual release schedule. In addition to its double-episode premiere, Episodes 5 and 6 will also debut on the same day (March 25). You can find the full schedule below:
- Episode 1: March 4
- Episode 2: March 4
- Episode 3: March 11
- Episode 4: March 18
- Episode 5: March 25
- Episode 6: March 25
- Episode 7: April 1
- Episode 8: April 8
- Episode 9: April 15
Strictly speaking, the release dates for the final three episodes haven’t been confirmed. However, Andor Season 2 premieres on April 22, so an April 15 finale for Daredevil: Born Again makes sense.
What is the new Daredevil show about?

Daredevil: Born Again picks up a few years after the events of the Netflix series, with Matt, Foggy, and Karen working hard at their law firm and Wilson Fisk trying to leave his Kingpin persona behind to run for Mayor of New York.
That’s… pretty much all I can say without getting into spoilers. In Marvel’s words, “Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues his own political endeavors in New York.
“When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.”
It’s taken different shapes during its development, but it is effectively Season 4 of the original series (hopefully you won’t feel too lost if you never watched it).
“It’s an interesting tightrope to walk, really, because we want to make sure that we include the elements of the show that made it popular and successful in the first place, the things that we discovered in the original show that landed with the audience,” Charlie Cox explained to TV Line.
“At the same time, we’re on Disney+ now, we’re calling it Season 1 even though the history is the same, and so we want to attract a new audience. We don’t want to suggest that people need to go back and see three seasons in order to understand and follow this story. So that’s an interesting jumping-off place to achieve.”
How to watch Daredevil: Born Again
Daredevil: Born Again is exclusively available on Disney Plus.
While it’s a follow-up to a Netflix series, it’ll never be available on Netflix (unless Disney Plus gets shut down for some unforeseen reason). You’ll need to sign up for the streaming service to watch it (there’s also one way you can watch it for free).
