TikToker Miriam Yarimi has been charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide after driving into a group of pedestrians, killing a mother and her two young daughters in Brooklyn.

The fatal crash occurred on March 29 in Gravesend as the victims – aged 8 and 4, along with their mother – were leaving Shabbat services.

Police say Miriam Yarimi, who was driving an Audi A4 on a suspended license, lost control and plowed into the crowd. She was arrested the following day. The family’s 4-year-old son remains in critical condition.

The 32-year-old now faces multiple charges, including three counts of second-degree manslaughter, three counts of criminally negligent homicide, and four counts of second-degree assault, according to law enforcement officials.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams addressed the incident on March 30 before visiting the victims’ home. “A really, really tragic tragedy,” Adams said.

“Number one, the person should not have been on the road. [They have a] suspended license. We’re going to ensure that this is investigated to the full extent. My heart goes out to the family.”

Her driving record is reportedly littered with violations. According to the online records database “How’s My Driving,” the Audi has racked up 93 traffic infractions, including 20 speeding tickets and five red-light violations, totaling more than $10,000 in fines.
