If you’re looking to get rid of items while adventuring in Roblox, here’s exactly how you can free up some space:
- Go into your Roblox inventory.
- Select the item you want to drop.
- Once selected, hold the item and hit Backspace on your keyboard.
Much like Minecraft, you’ll need more space in your inventory very quickly, so we’d advise regularly checking it for anything you no longer need. This way, you’ll never have to worry about missing out on new items due to lack of space.
Why should I drop items?
As mentioned above, freeing up inventory space is the best reason to drop items in Roblox.
It’s also an easy way to share resources. If you want to trade with another player, dropping your items is the quickest way to do it so you can just pick them off the ground. This also goes for if you want to give something to a friend, just drop it when you’re both in a game together and they can easily add it to their own inventory.
We’d particularly recommend dropping any duplicate items you get as it’s a great way to make more room without getting rid of anything you may need. Another player may also appreciate the item you’ve got multiples of, so it’s always worth asking if anyone wants it.
