Grow a Garden’s next event is here, after seeing plenty of love for its cooking adventure. This time, though, you need to grow a beanstalk for Jack, who will ask for certain items, like Prickly Plants.
Naturally, just like it was with the cooking event, Grow a Garden isn’t letting you grab these rewards and plants without a little challenge. While Jack will ask for various Plants, it’s up to you to both grow them and discover what exactly he means.
For some, like Vegetables or Berries, it’s a little easier, as you can just plant real-life veggies. However, with categories like Prickly Plants, it’s a little more challenging — so here’s all you need to know about Prickly Plants in Grow a Garden.

What are Prickly Plants?
Prickly Plants are pretty much what they say in the name. They’re plants that have spikes on them. Aloe Vera has spiky edges to its leaves, a Venus Fly Trap has spikes on its flower, and a Spiked Mango has spikes on its fruit.
They can be vegetables, fruit, or anything, as long as they have spikes on them.
When you find them, you’ll want to offer them to Jack. As we highlighted in the table above, the rarer the item, the more points you get. The player who gets the most points will get an exclusive reward when the event ends on August 23.
So, that’s all you need to know about how to get Prickly Plants in Grow a Garden. While waiting for your crops to grow, be sure to check out the latest Grow a Garden codes for even more free rewards, or all the Vegetable Plants and Berry Plants.
