Mega Blaziken weaknesses in Pokemon Go
Mega Blaziken is a dual Fire/Fighting-type Pokemon, which means it’s weak against Flying, Ground, Water, and Psychic-type moves. This leaves trainers with plenty of choices to build the perfect team to challenge the Mega Evolution.
On the other hand, you should avoid using Steel, Fire, Grass, Ice, Dark, and Bug-type attacks, as Mega Blaziken is resistant to them, and they won’t do much to its health bar.

How to get Mega Blaziken in Pokemon Go
Mega Blaziken will return to Mega Raid battles from March 31, 2025, until April 9, 2025 – right after Mega Pinsir leaves – meaning trainers will have plenty of time to challenge and defeat it.
Keep in mind that you can take on Mega Blaziken in 5-Star Mega Raids, however, you won’t be able to catch this mighty creature in its Mega-Evolved form.
Instead, once you defeat it, you’ll be given the chance to catch a regular Blaziken using the Premiere Balls you’re given – the amount of balls you get will be tied to your performance during battle.
To temporarily Mega Evolve your strongest standard Blaziken, you’ll first need to stock up on the Mega Energy you get as a reward for defeating this mighty creature.
How to evolve Blaziken into Mega Blaziken
As mentioned above, when a trainer defeats and catches a Mega Evolved Pokemon, it returns to its regular form, meaning that every time they want to trigger a Mega Evolution, they must use Mega Energy.
The first time a player evolves Blaziken into Mega Blaziken, they must spend 200 Mega Energy. Once the effect is over, the amount required will drop to 40, then 20, and finally 10.

Players can gather this type of Mega Energy by constantly defeating Mega Blaziken in Mega Raids. Additionally, they can earn some more by completing Field Research Tasks and by setting Blaziken as their Buddy and going out for a walk.
