Jormuntide is a powerful Water/Dragon-type Pal in Palworld that’s formidable to have in the late stages of the game – so it’s important to know where to find one.
As you survive in Palworld, different creatures are ideal for specific situations. Certain Pals thrive working at your base, some are brilliant Mounts, and others can devastate your enemies in combat. Jormuntide excels in all these areas and is a brilliant addition to any team.
Before you can take advantage of Jormuntide’s skills, however, you’ll have to find and catch one first.
Where to find Jormuntide in Palworld
The first location you can find Jormuntide in is a large lake to the west of the central island near Investigator’s Fork fast travel point. You can also locate the Pal in the strait just South of the Verdant Brook.
The exact coordinates for both locations are: (-175, -268) and (350, -85).
Jormuntide may also be hatched from a Huge Dragon Egg.
How to catch it
Jormuntide is susceptible to Electric and Ice-type attacks so bring some Pals that can dish out these types of elemental damage. We would particularly recommend Grizzbolt, Rayhound, Chillet, and Reindrix.
Before you prepare to catch Jormuntide, wait for it to slither onto the land or shoot it from a distance to bait it out as fighting in the water complicates the issue. Finally, make sure you’ve got plenty of Legendary Spheres on hand, and you should be successful.
How to breed Jormuntide
You can get Jormuntide by breeding in Palworld. Simply place both Pals in your Breeding Farm, then move the egg to an Egg Incubator and wait for it to hatch. There are multiple Pal breeding combos you can use, and here are some of the best options:

When you defeat or capture a Jormuntide, there’s a chance they’ll drop Pal Fluids.
