Overwatch 2 occasionally adds events with free rewards players can obtain simply by participating in missions. Earlier, we had the Valentine’s Day event, which brought back the Love of Geometry mode and lovey-dovey cosmetics fitting to the theme.
With Season 15 finally being live, however, an all-new in-game event has been introduced. This time, you’ll be able to snatch the Rainy Day Mercy skin for free alongside other additions.

Overwatch 2 Perked Up event schedule
Players can participate in the Perked Up event from February 18 until February 25, 2025.
As mentioned in the official blog post, this event was added as a “season-long celebration” of the new Perks system and “everything that makes Overwatch 2 special.”
For the uninitiated, hero perks are a new mechanic that has just been introduced, allowing you to apply upgrades or tweaks to an existing character’s kit.
All Perked Up event challenges and rewards
One of the main highlights of this event is the Rainy Day Mercy skin reward, which was previously teased during the Spotlight event along with the Rainy Day Mei skin. Other than this, players can also obtain free lootboxes just by completing the challenges.
