Marvel / SonyClone Rumble has been leaked as a brand-new Marvel Rivals mode allegedly being released in a future update allowing players to face off against each other with teams of the same heroes.
In the standard 6v6 mode, players from opposing teams can each pick one unique character per team. However, NetEase is set to unleash Multiverse chaos with this variant, letting players live out that one iconic Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse scene and the classic meme.
According to RivalsLeaks, the mode will allow players to “Dive into the Clone Rumble, a fresh gameplay mode where you and your teammates choose from the same heroes to battle together! Assemble your impossible team and unleash the full potential of each character to claim victory.”

“THIS IS GONNA BE WILD,” one simply stated, as others looked forward to the alleged mode’s arrival. “That sounds awesome, now make it 12vs12.”
However, some were worried the chaos would all be too much to handle. “Oh god. A whole team of Iron Fists would be annoying as hell,” a fan replied.
Others were concerned about potential performance issues from spawning in an army of the same characters during matches and their abilities. “I have trouble when one Dr. Strange opens a portal. My PC will blow up when 12 portals get opened,” came one concerned player’s response.
Another added: “I AM READY TO FLAME ON YOUR PC.”
No further details have been provided about Clone Rumble, including key information like team size, rules, and the official release date.
While the mode has been showcased by the leaker, there has been no confirmation or announcement from NetEase. As always, take this with a grain of salt until it’s officially revealed.
Following the huge Season 1.5 update on February 20, the developer is set to implement a March 6 patch featuring various hero fixes for different abilities. There are also over 20 leaked Marvel Rivals characters that have been revealed to be in the works.
