YouTube’s most-subscribed content creator has joined Kick for a joint stream with Adin Ross and xQc with the ambitious goal of raising $5M for TeamWater.

Jimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson launched TeamWater in August 2025, recruiting over 3,000 influencers, social media platforms and even some of the world’s most solvent CEOs to raise $40M by August 31.

The goal of such a big fundraiser is to provide two million people worldwide with clean water, spanning across countries like Malawi, Colombia, Nepal, and even cities within the United States.

At the time of writing, $15M has been raised — but with the end of August swiftly approaching, MrBeast is taking any measures necessary to secure his goal.

MrBeast joins Kick to raise money for TeamWater

On August 11, MrBeast shocked the streaming world with an unexpected announcement. To help raise money for TeamWater, he officially joined Kick and has even planned a joint broadcast with two of the platform’s biggest streamers, xQc and Adin Ross.

Those who have been watching the streaming space will know that Adin Ross was one of the first big streamers to promote the platform, which gave xQc a huge payday of $100M in a non-exclusive contract.

MrBeast will go live with Adin and xQc on August 14 on Adin Ross’s channel, and he won’t stop streaming until they collectively raise $5M. “Hopefully it doesn’t take days,” he joked.

That’s not all; Kick officially welcomed him to the fold in a separate post, in a similar way to the other major creators who join their platform.

Reactions to MrBeast’s announcement have been mixed. Some fans are over the moon about this surprising collaboration, while others are less than enthusiastic about MrBeast associating with these streamers.
