Capcom have just confirmed that Monster Hunter Rise will be released on PS4, PS5, Windows, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on January 20, 2023. The game is also reportedly coming to Xbox Game Pass, which is obviously incredibly exciting for Hunters who have yet to play the Switch and PC versions of the game. The fact that Rise was originally ported to PC over from the Switch makes this a good possibility. And now thanks to this new announcement trailer, we can confirm that Monster Hunter Rise will be coming to Xbox Game Pass. Xbox fans, you’re in for an extra special treat. Not only will Monster Hunter Rise be coming to Game Pass, it will also be available to download day one of release.

Whether the devs release an Ultimate edition that includes both Rise and Sunbreak remains to be seen, but we’ll update this section as soon as we hear more details.
