This open beta marks an important step for Mecha Break, after being showcased at the 2024 Tokyo Game Show, and the first beta test back in August.

Mecha Break open beta start date and time
The Mecha Break open beta begins on February 23, at 5am ET / 2am PT / 10am GMT.
The beta will be available to play on Xbox Series X / S and PC, through Steam. You can pre-download the beta on Steam now, so you’re ready to drop in immediately.
What’s in the open beta?
This open beta isn’t just a test run like last time—it’s packed with content for both new and returning players. Here’s what you can expect:
- Opening Tutorial & Introduction: Get familiar with the mechanics with a structured onboarding experience.
- Mashmak: A PvPvE mode where players control Strikers – Mecha Break’s battle mechs – to fight against Theia’s Vanguard forces in the Mashmak Isles.
- 6v6 and 3v3 modes
- Explorable Space Station: A central hub to interact with and explore.
- Training Room: Hone your skills before heading into real combat.
- 13 Strikers: Each with unique abilities and playstyles.
