Your crosshair can make a big difference in Marvel Rivals, and there are some pretty great crosshair codes available to import into your game that you don’t want to miss out on — and even some best-suited to specific heroes, too.

With how different every hero is in Marvel Rivals, you may not just want one crosshair to use with every character. A hero like Magneto could benefit from having a wider crosshair that’s a bit more representative of his projectiles, while a character like Black Widow may want something more precise.

Regardless of which hero you choose, using one that aligns with their primary fire and abilities will make the experience of playing as them much better.

Best crosshair codes in Marvel Rivals

Before getting into character-specific ones, it’s worth keeping in mind that there are several Marvel Rivals crosshairs that can work well with multiple different heroes in the roster.

You may be unsure which ones you’d find comfortable just yet, so here are some that you can try out to get an overall feel of how you’d like your crosshairs to look like.

The Dot

The humble dot is a popular reticle amongst high-level players in many competitive shooters. Marvel Rivals is no different.

However, this game especially benefits from the dot reticle on one key subset of heroes: Melee. You’re going to want as much of the screen open and available for you to see when you’re diving into the enemy backline.

Our dot is tuned to be small enough that it’s not obtrusive, but just big enough to viably use for ranged attacks. Heroes like Thor and Hulk are pretty reliant on landing skillshots, so you’ll still want to be able to aim when you have to.

If pinpoint accuracy is what you’re looking for, this is the one. The addition of an actual crosshair allows you to make your dot much, much smaller, giving you a bit more visibility on the target you’re aiming at than you’d have with a normal dot reticle.

And, while you could just make your dot smaller and reduce the size of its outline, it can be easy to lose the dot in a firefight if there’s a lot going on. And that’s a pretty common occurrence in Marvel Rivals.

This is the perfect reticle to take if you’re looking for precision and want a little extra guidance to keep track of where exactly you’re aiming.

The “Close Enough”

This reticle is for when close enough is good enough. Several of the heroes in Marvel Rivals have either a shotgun-like spread or a wide, bulky projectile like Groot‘s primary fire. For these heroes, something a bit wider will give you a much more accurate representation of where your projectile will end up.

You probably won’t want this on someone who requires precision like Hawkeye or Black Widow, but it’s perfect for close-range heroes like Psylocke, or those with chunkier projectiles like Groot, Magneto, and Squirrel Girl.

Necros is a pro Overwatch player who’s been maining Spider-Man in Marvel Rivals since the game’s launch. His chosen crosshair is a green cross reticle with no gaps.

It’s a simple but versitle crosshair that’s easy to aim with during more chaotic moments.

This simple circle crosshair is generally similar to the “Close Enough” one above, but it has been slightly tweaked to be even smaller to help you see clearly and land your hits. While the previous one is great for those who fire bullets with more spread, this one is perfect for heroes with more precise projectiles, like Mantis or even Jeff.

How to change crosshair in Marvel Rivals

To change your crosshair, follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Select either the Keyboard tab or Controller tab, depending on what you’re using.
3. Scroll down to the Hud section of the menu, and click on the “Reticle Save” button.
4. From here, you can choose another default reticle or customize a crosshair by adjusting various settings including the opacity, width, and reticle type.

How to import reticle codes

To import reticle codes in Marvel Rivals on PC, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select either the Keyboard tab for M&K settings or Controller tab for controller settings.
3. Go into the Combat tab.
4. Look for the Hud section of the menu.
5. Click the “Import Save” icon between Reticle Save and the crosshair dropdown menu.
6. Copy and paste the code for the crosshair you want.

It’s also important to note that in the top left corner of the screen, there’s an option to change all of your settings for each individual hero. It’ll default to “All Heroes” so simply press that, then select the hero you want to apply specific settings for.

If you decide by chance to give your heroes several different crosshairs and swap them out depending on who you’re playing, that’ll give you the option to do it. But there’s also a support-specific option here that’ll help you out in that role as well.

How to enable Healmarkers

Supports have an option to give you visual feedback when you land a heal on someone, similar to a hitmarker. On heroes like Luna Snow and Invisible Woman, this is a huge help. However, you won’t find it in the same spot as the normal crosshair sections. Instead, you’ll have to select the options for each hero as described above and find the hero-specific settings.
