Ark Survival Ascended console commands & how to use them

Players can get full control of their Ark Survival: Ascended servers and everything in them by using console commands.

As long as you’re a server owner in Ark Survival: Ascended, you can use a variety of commands to instantly tame a dinosaur (or wipe them all if you want to create your own virtual extinction event), destroy items, or teleport to different areas of the map.

How to enable & use console commands

Before you can use your console commands, you’ll first need to enable the option in-game. To do that, simply:

• Head over to the Settings menu by pressing ‘Escape’ or pressing the ‘Options’ button on controller.
  • From there, click on ‘Advanced‘.

• In the Advanced menu’s panel, you’ll need to make sure that ‘Console Access‘ is turned on from the left column.

With that done, you’re good to go and can get started using your cheats. Depending on your platform, it’ll be a little bit different on each, so here’s how exactly to use them on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox:

1. Press the ‘~’ key (you can find it below the Esc button on the top left corner of your keyboard).
2. This will open up the command console where you can input all the codes.

PlayStation

1. Open the main menu.
2. Press the L1, R1, Square, and Triangle buttons simultaneously to open the Console Command bar.
3. Input the code you’d like to activate and press enter.

Xbox

1. Head over to the main menu.
2. Press the RB, LB, Y, and X buttons simultaneously to open the Console Command bar.
3. Input the code you’d like to activate and press enter.
