You could wait for a random enemy to drop cool loot, or you could land in one of these vault locations and get the best loot from the get-go in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2.
Opening vaults and hijacking the train got a complete revamp in Chapter 6 Season 2, but that only adds to the fun this season. With the Japanese theme completely gone, the only thing left to do is sack every vault you can get your hands on.
In this guide, I’ll show you where to find all vaults this season.
Where are all vaults in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2?
There are five vaults to crack open in every match of Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2. You can find them in Lonewolf’s Lair, Crime City, Seaport City, Masked Meadows, and the moving train.
Stationary vaults are marked on the map below, while the red line displays the train’s route on the map so you know where to look.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown of where to find each vault in these points of interest.
Lonewolf’s Lair vault

This vault might remind you of traditional boss lairs. Much like Snoop Dogg’s mansion, go through the front door and head down the stairs to spot this vault.
Throw one Thermite at the door to crack it open. If no one’s sacked it before, there should be an outlaws treasure chest nearby with some.
Crime City vault

Crime City’s vault can be found inside the bank located in the southeast corner of the city. Once found, head inside and look for the vault on the first floor.
Throw one Thermite at the door to crack it open. If no one’s sacked it before, there should be an outlaws treasure chest nearby with some.
Seaport City vault

Seaport City’s vault is inside the bank located in the northwest corner of the city. Once found, head inside and look for the vault on the first floor.
Throw one Thermite at the door to crack it open. If no one’s sacked it before, there should be an outlaws treasure chest nearby with some.
Masked Meadows vault

Masked Meadows’ vault is inside the bank located in the southwest corner of the city. Once found, head past the counters and look for the vault on the first floor.
Throw one Thermite at the door to crack it open. If no one’s sacked it before, there should be an outlaws treasure chest nearby with some.
Train vault

The train constantly circles the center of the map, but it’s also marked with a vault icon. Hijacking works a bit differently since you must take down the turrets first – if you don’t, it’ll blast your Thermite before it cracks the vault door open.
You can snag some Thermite from any taken down turret, since they leave behind a Thermite Core you can farm.
That’s everything you need to know about Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 vaults to loot the best mythics during your matches.
