The 2023 Call of Duty League is reaching its climax now, as the regular season rounds out and the preparation for Champs starts. Here’s everything that’s happened so far this season.

The 2023 season was not short of drama and excitement. Call of Duty legend Seth ‘Scump’ Abner officially retired at the start of Major 2 after a tumultuous period for OpTic, replaced by Cuyler ‘Huke’ Garland after a lengthy saga in which the team tried to buy out Pred from Seattle Surge.

Anthony ‘Methodz’ Zinni also retired and joined OpTic Gaming. Meanwhile, Thomas ‘Scrappy’ Ernst put on some dominant performances to make him a clear Rookie of the Year favorite, and New York Subliners became the only two-time champions of the season.

Take a look for the full rundown on what’s happened so far, and what’s still to come, in the CDL 2023 season.
