The Riveter is an absolute unit capable of incredible damage output and clearing out ammo reserves in seconds. Here’s the optimal loadout you’ll need to dominate Warzone Season 4 Reloaded.
When SMGs and Snipers fail to scratch the itch of a reliable secondary weapon, shotguns are there to pack a punch.
Enter the Riveter, the full-auto shotgun built around an assault rifle. In theory, the Riveter sounds like a great choice… until you use it and discover its recoil is extremely unforgiving, even if you’re only hip-firing it. Not to mention, its full-auto nature will chew through your ammo reserves in a matter of seconds.
Thankfully, we’ve got the best Riveter loadout for you to use in Warzone so you can dominate Season 4 Reloaded.
Best Riveter Warzone loadout
- Muzzle: Crown Breaker Choke
- Barrel: SA Draven-20 Long
- Magazine: 30 Round Mag
- Ammunition: .410 Gauge Ball
- Underbarrel: Bruen Bastion Angled Grip

Given it’s a fully automatic shotgun, don’t expect incredible range and accuracy from the Riveter. However, in close ranges, this loadout will do wonders.
The Crown Breaker Choke helps tighten the pellet spread and combined with the 30 Round Mag, you’ll wreak extreme amounts of havoc.
The Bruen Bastion Angled Grip helps boost the Riveter’s accuracy woes, with firing aim stability bumps while also giving it greater ADS Speed for greater mobility.
Additionally, the SA Draven-20 Long barrel increases your bullet velocity and range, which helps since the default Riveter range is pretty underwhelming.
The real focus of attention here, though, is the ammunition. While people have been using Incendiary rounds on shotguns for years now, the .410 Gauge Ball ammo is actually far better on the Riveter, requiring less shots and doing considerably more damage.
Riveter Warzone Loadout: Perks and Equipment
- Perk 1: Survivor
- Perk 2: Tracker
- Perk 3: Ghost
- Lethal: Spring Mine
- Tactical: Smoke Grenade
With any shotgun, your goal is getting up close and inflicting massive damage on enemy teams. However, you’ll likely be using this as a secondary weapon to an assault rifle or LMG, so you want to prepare for that.
Survivor is perfect for team playlists such as Duos, Trios, and Quads, letting you be revived faster when downed, but if utilizing the shotgun in solos, you might prefer Mountaineer or Veteran.
Tracker is the best Perk 2 because it highlights enemies, which will let you find them through smoke or help teammates pick them off and get shots on. Finally, Ghost as a Perk 3 is the most useful due to immunity from radar pings while moving. However, Resolute is also good for getting out of awkward engagements.
To complete any Warzone loadout in the current meta, Spring Mines and Smoke Grenades will work wonders for you, as you rush in close to secure the kill.
How to unlock Riveter in Warzone
There are three ways to unlock the Riveter shotgun — by reaching level 25 and completing the Armory challenge for it, extracting with it in MWZ, or purchasing the Vault Edition. The last method provides you with two reactive variants and instantly unlocks the weapon.
Best alternative to Riveter in Warzone
With only three options to choose from, the best alternative option is the Haymaker. Its semi-auto nature makes it less jarring to use compared to the Riveter, while it provides better damage output and recoil control.
Shotguns are just some of the best close-quarters options in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded. You will want to read up on other weapons like the Superi 46, Haymaker, FJX Horus, and Renetti.
