My Experience in Gaming
I started playing games when I was just six years old when my parents bought me the original PlayStation with a copy of Neversoft's Spider-Man. During the Xbox 360 era, they became a huge part of my life thanks to games like Halo 3, Skyrim, Call of Duty: World at War, and FIFA. After leaving university with a master's degree I worked briefly as a local news journalist before I joined Dexerto in 2021 to write for sister website, CharlieIntel. After initially serving mostly as a FIFA and CoD expert, I was promoted to Senior Writer in early 2023. In late 2024, I moved over to the main Dexerto website to take on the role of Senior Games Writer.
My Qualifications
BA in Sports Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. Master's in Magazine Journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
