How to earn Apex Legends Twitch drops: ALGS Year 4 Championship rewards

You can claim exclusive in-game Twitch drops for Apex Legends by tuning into the Year 4 ALGS Championship stream, but you’ll need to link up your accounts and know the rules.

Earning the rewards is simple enough, achieved just by watching the broadcast on Twitch.

However, you’ll need to ensure your Apex account is linked up to your Twitch drop, so uou can actually receive the awards in-game.

Like previous events, Respawn is offering a variety of drops for tuning into the event, including skins and other goodies across the five-day event.

Here’s how much you need to watch to earn the Twitch drops during the Year 4 ALGS Championships.

How to link Apex and Twitch accounts for drops

Similar to Prime Gaming rewards, before you can earn any of the limited-time rewards, you’ll need to ensure that your Twitch account is linked to your EA account.

That way, while you’re watching the stream, Twitch can gift you each of the rewards throughout the matches.

Here’s how to connect your Apex Legends account to Twitch:

1. Ensure your Gamertag, Nintendo Switch, or PSN ID is linked to your EA account.
2. Create or log in to the Twitch account where you’re going to watch the ALGS Split 1 Playoffs.
3. Head over to the Connect with Twitch page here and enter your EA account info.
4. You’re now connected and ready to earn rewards!
5. Simply tune into the PlayApex stream during the matches, starting January 29.

Keep in mind, that each of the rewards is given out to players after a set amount of time watching the stream – there’s no luck involved.

ALGS Year 4 Championship drops

There are four separate rewards that players can earn throughout the ALGS broadcast. Those rewards are as follows:

• Unlocked after watching for 30 minutes on Jan 29 – Champs Trophy Sticker
• Unlocked after watching for 30 minutes on Jan 30 – ALGS 30-30 Repeater Skin
• Unlocked after watching for 30 minutes on Jan 31 – ALGS Horizon Skin
• Unlocked after watching for 30 minutes on Feb 1 – “You are the Champion” Holospray
• Unlocked after watching for 30 minutes on Feb 2 – Gold Nessie Gun Charm

Each of the rewards can be claimed by watching the stream for a set amount of time: 30 minutes for each day.

Remember, these unlocks are only available for a limited time, so claim them while you can!
