EA says they expect Apex to be a global franchise for at least a decade. To do that, the developers at Respawn need to keep the game fresh, and seasons and events regularly treat the player base to new content to get stuck into.
Seasons typically introduce a new Legend to the Apex Games, as well as fresh cosmetics, game modes, and weapons to use. If you’re wondering what the standout content of each season has been so far, we’ve got a rundown below.

Each Apex Legends season lasts approximately three months, although there have been a few exceptions to this, such as season three, which went on much longer than anticipated.

What Apex Legends season are we currently in?
As of Tuesday, February 11, 2025, we are in Season 24 of Apex Legends. It’s expected to last for 3 months, coming to an end in early May.
There’s plenty of new content and tweaks to check out if you’re returning to the game in Season 24, including the changes to Weapon Arsenals, weapon buffs, the removal of helmets, and updates to Assault Legends.
